Azueros Peninsula

The Azueros Peninsula is located on the Pacific Coast of
Panama, and juts out into the Pacific Ocean. It is not the
easiest place to access in Panama, but once you get there it
is worth it!! It is about a 5 hour drive from Panama City and a
half hour plane flight. It is often compared to the Guanacaste
Region in the North West of Costa Rica, due to its flat and
very lush and open areas.

The Azueros Peninsula is home
to some wonderful people, who
are among the most friendly in
all of Panama, and indeed
Central America. The weather is
also a great feature of this area,
with only 2 types during the year.
The area will either enjoy hot
sun, for long periods, during
December until May, then you
have the "Green Season" from
June to November, where you
will experience intermittent
showers. These showers bring
the area to life, where the vegetation comes alive, becoming lush and green. It really is a stunning sight to
see!

So its great for tourists, But what does it have to offer investors?

Beauty
- The area is beautiful and full of some wonderfully stunning wildlife, it is said to be one of the most
beautiful places in Panama.

Pristine - This great area has managed to keep itself in such a stunning state, due to its distance from
Panama City, and no local airport in the area. As the access is not great, no really substantial development
has yet begun in the area, making it one of the most natural and pristine areas of the country. However, the
beaches are stunning, and there is a lot of open land which could be used for land development or even
hotel construction.

Investment - Due to the lack of easy access, and its distance from major urban areas, the demand for land
in this area is relatively low. This means that the value of the land is low, and in many cases quite
substantially undervalued, which presents a great investment opportunity, which can only appreciate in
value over the coming years!
